Structural Recertifications
We perform mandatory 40-, 30-, and 10-year structural inspections for properties subject to recertification requirements in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Our certified engineers evaluate foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, floors, and roof structures, while also identifying cracks, spalling, moisture-related deterioration, and other visible conditions that may affect compliance. These evaluations help property owners understand structural concerns early and protect the safety, integrity, and long-term value of the building.
Electrical Recertifications
We perform mandatory electrical inspections, including infrared thermographic (thermoscan) study and parking lot lighting. We also assess electrical panels, wiring, circuits, and other critical electrical components to identify conditions that may pose a risk or affect regulatory compliance.

When a property does not pass its initial evaluation, our team coordinates the structural and electrical repairs needed to correct the identified deficiencies.
